Stella Kim is a designer of two’s. Born in South Korea, raised in Texas, graduating with a degree in Comparative Religious Studies before obtaining a second degree in Fashion Design from Parsons the School of Design; Stella Kim has always had her feet firmly in multiple interests. Having trained in New York before working primarily in Asia, Stella Kim has worked extensively for both global and APAC specific brands, working alongside with manufacturers and suppliers; allowing to gain invaluable experience from both design and development points. Stella Kim designs with the inclusive mindset: everyone deserves to look and feel their very best and channels this approach from the beginning of trend/market research to working with teams to develop concept into sketches into the highest level of commercial products. Working with multinational teams; from mentoring designers to working collaboratively with all the different teams that work together to create a brand- Stella Kim is also passionate about product development as much as design and is available to consult and work with a brands design team to help develop their own ideas into a reality through key product development.
